The rooms don't get cleared. My sister lives there and her family comes and have to clean her room when it gets bad. We have talked to the owners about it a few times. Her call light has not worked in a few months and that has been brought up to them to and it still doesn't work. My sister can't get out of bed by self,she needs help with a lot of things and don't get help.
