Christopher Heights of Marlborough seemed to have a good layout of the building. There seemed to be a lot of things going on there. The upkeep was good. I only saw one room, and they were about to rip the carpet out of it and replace it. The staff who gave the tour was lovely. The dining area looked lovely. One of the reasons we looked at them was the fact that they were willing to work with you when your funding ran out. That would have been a higher choice on my list for my friend because the funds are only going to go so far.

My mother was in Christopher Heights of Marlborough assisted living for three years. The staff was very caring and attentive. Everyone from the director and the nursing staff down to the nurses' aides were great for my mom. During the pandemic, they sent the menu by email so we always knew what was coming up, and we could change the selections if she didn't like what they were serving. It's a great facility, it's small, there were only about eighty residents, it was easy to navigate, and it was always immaculate and very clean. They had an active activities program. They were more limited during the pandemic, but usually they have a full schedule of activities that appeal to a wide range of residents of different interests. They had a pub, several dining areas, and an activity area. They had music programs, exercise, crafts, and entertainment from the community, like Girl Scouts. It was a wonderful value. They worked with the family, making it affordable for your loved one to be there and stay there as long as they were able. She was very happy there.

Christopher Heights of Marlborough is very pleasant. They worked within our budget, and we both like the room. It looks clean and busy and doesn't have a lot of people just hanging around. They get my father involved. He does exercises and physical therapy, plays trivia games at night, and attends a social hour every afternoon. He loves the food; he says it's excellent. The dining area is lovely, seats four to a table, and serves homemade food every day.

I stayed at Christopher Heights for two weeks. The staff was excellent. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was excellent.
