"My mom is over at Coleman House. It has a very friendly atmosphere, very much like a home. The location is easy for everyone to access. They have a huge back area where they can do outdoor barbeques and it's overlooking some natural water and a lot of wildlife. The assisted living facility is small but lovely. Their rooms were set up with pieces of furniture and pictures. They have a little cafe there that's open. There are a lot of activities, entertainments and trips for the residents. Everyone is very pleasant. Residents are well cared for and happy. They also have wonderful meals and menus that they can choose from. "

"If you are going to have your loved one go for rehab then Marlborough Hills is absolutely the place you want to go. The Rehab Department of Marlborough Hills is absolutely awesome. I can not agree with the other review that stated that the food is awesome as I believe it is not but it is not dog meat either. My main goal is that my loved one receive the best physical therapy care and I believe she is getting some of the top quality PT care anywhere in New England. She has been to Whittier, which was good too, but I truly believe that these therapists at Marlborough Hills are better than the ones at Whittier. They make you work but are not mean about it. My friend was able to stand for the first time, with assistance from a machine, since Dec 5 and it was awesome to see. Once her core is built up she will be walking. It will take some time but this is the place she needs to be. "

"My mom is in a long-term care facility in Ashland called Waterview Lodge Llc, Rehabilitation & Healthcare. The place is clean and the staff seems to be very caring and friendly. They're taking care of her needs. She has her own room although the room is set up to handle two people. So far, it's been good."

"My grandmother moved into Beaumont last February. She's now in the long-term care. They've been very good, and they worked on her for a few months now. The staff is very responsive, professional, caring, and helpful. They have activities, they play Bingo, they do arts and crafts, and they sing."

"Notre Dame Long Term Care Center (Notre Dame du Lac) was more expensive than where my father is now and a little stuffy. They had a chapel, which he would like because he's Roman Catholic. The staff showed us around, and the view was beautiful. "

"I only have the highest recommendation for this skilled nursing home, Our mother was at another facility the had a great reputation, but it was anything but great for our mother. She ended up with a terrible bed sore, and was not recovering like they said she would. I ran into a woman who works for Autumn Village and I asked her how their rehab program was. After speaking with her, we decided to move our mother ...in what seemed like no time, her wound was healed, and she was up walking and getting the right type of therapy. She is home now, thanks to the caring staff at Autumn Village! "

"What a wonderful place this is. Everyone is so attentive. The staff always calls you by name. The PT and OT is top notch and the therapists know how to push you without being pushy. The food is excellent. I would definitely come here again if needed."

"I would like all to know what a positive experience my family and I had with while my Grandmother was at the Carlyle House. She was there for short term rehab (related to a broken hip) and recuperated in the new edition that was bright, large and more than expected. The staff could not have been kinder and more attentive. "I would describe the facility at Knollwood Nursing Home as clean, tasteful and inviting. The staff is caring and professional. They cared for my mother in the final months of her life. The compassion and dignity displayed made it a pleasure to visit. I would (and have) recommended their facility to anyone in need of a nursing home in the Worcester area. "

"My dad is at Saint Francis Nursing Center. I think he's going into long-term care. Because he was in the hospital, they placed him where they could take him where they had a bed. We knew that this was a good nursing home, but he did get placed there because they have an opening. The staff seemed very nice. We haven't been able to go into the facility; we've only been outside so far. The people that work there are very kind, very helpful and very responsive."

"I found Bethany Health Care Center for my friend, and she has moved in. We chose it because of the caring nature of the nursing and ancillary staff, as well as the unit that she is on. It's a locked unit, which is what she needs. They are very clean. It is a positive atmosphere because of the staff. They keep her busy with music and word search activities. They have different discussions during the day. They have exercise. There is a Namaste room, if she needs it. The food is very good."
