"If you are going to have your loved one go for rehab then Marlborough Hills is absolutely the place you want to go. The Rehab Department of Marlborough Hills is absolutely awesome. I can not agree with the other review that stated that the food is awesome as I believe it is not but it is not dog meat either. My main goal is that my loved one receive the best physical therapy care and I believe she is getting some of the top quality PT care anywhere in New England. She has been to Whittier, which was good too, but I truly believe that these therapists at Marlborough Hills are better than the ones at Whittier. They make you work but are not mean about it. My friend was able to stand for the first time, with assistance from a machine, since Dec 5 and it was awesome to see. Once her core is built up she will be walking. It will take some time but this is the place she needs to be. "

"my wife spent 10 days here for rehab for a fractured hip and was very happy with the care received here. the place is very clean, food is decent and staff very helpful. doctor and nurses were great and the occupational and physical therapists were excellent. a special shout out to david(physical therapist) for his compassionate and encouraging care .thank you all very much. we appreciate you."

"Notre Dame Long Term Care Center (Notre Dame du Lac) was more expensive than where my father is now and a little stuffy. They had a chapel, which he would like because he's Roman Catholic. The staff showed us around, and the view was beautiful. "

"I only have the highest recommendation for this skilled nursing home, Our mother was at another facility the had a great reputation, but it was anything but great for our mother. She ended up with a terrible bed sore, and was not recovering like they said she would. I ran into a woman who works for Autumn Village and I asked her how their rehab program was. After speaking with her, we decided to move our mother ...in what seemed like no time, her wound was healed, and she was up walking and getting the right type of therapy. She is home now, thanks to the caring staff at Autumn Village! "

"My grandmother moved into Beaumont last February. She's now in the long-term care. They've been very good, and they worked on her for a few months now. The staff is very responsive, professional, caring, and helpful. They have activities, they play Bingo, they do arts and crafts, and they sing."

"I would describe the facility at Knollwood Nursing Home as clean, tasteful and inviting. The staff is caring and professional. They cared for my mother in the final months of her life. The compassion and dignity displayed made it a pleasure to visit. I would (and have) recommended their facility to anyone in need of a nursing home in the Worcester area. "

"My mom was at the odd fellows home for 3 weeks due to being ill. She was sent there for short term rehab to build her strength back up. She is now back home, When she was there the staff were very attentive and caring. Showered her when ever she wanted. The rehab department was great with her and before discharge the Odd fellows home assured she was set up with everything she needed at home, PCA, Nurses, PT/OT ect. she still calls if she needs help and they continue to help her. "

"We did get a tour of Holy Trinity Nursing & Rehab. The staff is very helpful, they answered our questions, everyone looked very pleasant, and they all spoke with us, so we were impressed. The rooms were very nice, very bright, and the sun would come in. She would have a dresser, closet space, and a bathroom. One of the other things I like was an outside area. In the summer, they would have live bands come in, so I think that's something my mother would enjoy. We didn't see regular dining room, but we saw one that's kind of a private area where you can go on order off a menu. This is probably our first choice for my mother. "

"My dad is at Saint Francis Nursing Center. I think he's going into long-term care. Because he was in the hospital, they placed him where they could take him where they had a bed. We knew that this was a good nursing home, but he did get placed there because they have an opening. The staff seemed very nice. We haven't been able to go into the facility; we've only been outside so far. The people that work there are very kind, very helpful and very responsive."

"Blaire House is the first place that had a bed. It was a very nice place, and I liked it. They had doctors on-site. It’s a complete community for people with Alzheimer’s. "

"What a wonderful place this is. Everyone is so attentive. The staff always calls you by name. The PT and OT is top notch and the therapists know how to push you without being pushy. The food is excellent. I would definitely come here again if needed."
