The Enclave of Franklin was very nice and very clean. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and personable. The dining room was OK. Mom's room was clean and accommodating. We also selected it because of its location.

I visited this facility
My aunt is moving into the Enclave of Franklin. It has everything. It has medical. It has escorts to all meals. It has full housekeeping and laundry. I don't have to worry about anything when it comes to my aunt, because I know that they have everything onsite for her. I don't have to worry, even in independent, is she eating, is she going down? I'll know that she's eating because someone's going to pick her up and bring her to dinner. I did make it clear that even though she's not memory care, I'm gonna need somebody checking on her every day, taking her to dinner, breakfast and lunch, and you can do that there because they just add it onto the bill. She can have a microwave if she stays in assisted living. If she declines, they'll move her into memory care. They had an activity room, like a gym type of area where multiple things can be held. They had a movie theater and a beautiful lobby. All the rooms are nice and modern. They all have bright windows. The grounds are pretty. Anybody that works in this industry is an angel. I've never had one bad experience with the people at the Enclave. It's an industry of true caregivers. It's absolutely stunning. It's beautiful.

I visited this facility
The Enclave of Franklin was really nice. The apartments were really nice. They were a bigger facility with nice grounds and a nice setting. It was very much like a country setting. I had a nice feeling there. There's a lot of land and you drive up to the driveway, and there's a nice building where everything is housed. It's a quiet, relaxing setting. The staff member was so informative and just very genuine to talk to. She's like a member of the family.

Enclave is a safe, beautiful community. We were looking for a home for my mother in law when we found Enclave. My husband left a phone message to inquire about the facility and we quickly received a return call from Emily, Director of Sales and Marketing. Emily answered all our questions and helped us through the process. On move in day all of the staff members were extremely helpful. My mother in law is so happy, and she even got to keep her precious cat with her. We have peace of mind knowing she is safe in a meticulously maintained community.

We were impressed that all of the rooms were studios for singles with their own full bathrooms. It is a brand-new facility that has only been open for about 2 years, so the facilities were all very nice and clean. The location was near a highway, so it was very easy to get to.

I visited this facility
It was very nice when we visited. The staff was informative and very nice. The rooms and dining facility is very nice. They have everything going on while I was there. They were playing cards, and they had a TV room. The facility is warm and inviting. It was also very clean and very new.
