My mother is at Independence Manor. This staff is very friendly. I've had meals with my mother there, and the food is good. It's very clean and bright. They have a hair salon, a little store, a little recreation hall, and a library. She has been there for 11 years. They have things like bingo, and they take them on outings to different places when the weather is good or when it's safe for them to go out. They provide lunch, so my mother makes her own breakfast and her own dinner. She has a one-bedroom. It's the one she's been in for 11 years. She pays for her cable, telephone, and internet on her own. The place is very well kept. They're HUD housing, so it's 30% of your income.
