Where should I begin? The place is understaffed. The workers are not trained and get easily frustrated. The home is not as clean as you would think. I can’t understand half the staff when they speak .Food is terrible! Burnt hot dogs and under cooked French fries. They barely serve any meat . Don’t even serve pork of any kind. The portions were small. They seem disorganized and not sure of what they are doing. The rooms were super hot during the summer. Very cold in the winter. I would recommend a Turkish prison over this home. I wouldn’t even call it a home! They just don’t care!

Fatima Assisted Living's staff was awkward. The entire facility was uncomfortable. When the staff there was showing me around the facility they opened up the door to a shared room and the door slammed into a bedpost, waking the patient up. The staff member didn't even say sorry or anything like that. The overall feel of the place was terrible. I wouldn't even put a cockroach in there. The facility itself was nothing special, it was just like a ranch-style home. It was dark and dingy. If you picture an actual depressing, old folks' home, that would be this place.
