My mother was in Charlestown Care Center for rehab. She was on 24-hour watch because she just had a stroke, and they took good care of her. The place was well kept, and the people I talked to seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. The staff members were very friendly, the therapist was genuinely concerned, and the social worker was really good and understanding. The place was clean and didn't have an odor. They had good activities and church service. The cost was pricey, and my mom wouldn't have been able to afford it if not for her insurance.
