Wanted to jot a note telling you how pleased I was with Georgetown Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Facility. Choosing a Rehab Facility that was safe, clean, and competent was important to me. I’d not had any major surgeries like total knee replacement, and was uncomfortable going home to a house without any support following surgery. I also had some other considerations that were critical. I am on a special food plan, wanted somewhere close to home, and the place chosen had to work with my health insurance. Staff in general was knowledgeable and helpful. The rehab staff really knew what they were doing. And, I was pleased with the progress made by working with PT/OT. Their positive attitudes helped me focus on recovery. Thank you for your help when I needed it most. If I ever need another Rehab stay I will be back to Georgetown Manor I personally would recommend stay here. Bonnie Calkins

My grandpa was 90 years old when he went to Georgetown manor. He had dementia and my grandma couldn't take care of him by herself anymore. He was paralyzed from the waist down and needed to be turned so often, but they NEGLECTED him. I guess they felt like since he was so old he was going to die eventually anyways, awful people! He later developed an infection from his many bedsores, and he passed away. I believe this place is 100% responsible for the death of my grandpa!!! I urge anyone who is looking for a safe and caring facility for their loved one to PASS ON THIS PLACE! They don't deserve the one star I'm forced to give to post this review!

It was very clean at Georgetown Manor. The staff was great. They treated my sister very well. They were very loving to her. My sister's room was okay. I just think that the doctors there didn't work together with my sister's doctors.

We came to Georgetown Manor unannounced. They seemed like they didn't know which one was going to take us to show us around. We stood around there for several minutes before anybody asked us if they could help us. Finally, one of them decided to do it. I think they should be more prepared. It's like they just didn't have their act together. And it did have a little bit of smell to it. We were not impressed with that place at all.
