its a beautiful complex,management and staff really work hard to do up keep on the building..everyone heres like family, theres ladys night, mens night, pot lucks,just a great place to live, nice quiet an friendly/they do a big thanksgiving and cristmas.

This is a low income senior residence community. It is located in the northeast area of the city, near some major busy cross streets. It is however, tucked out of the way some. Not the nicest of properties, but it does have a lot of heart. I see many of the seniors congregate for coffee or activities frequently. Site manager keeps a good eye out for her residents. Not much in the way of grounds or aesthetics. It is close to shopping, transportation and medical buildings, Meal program and other senior programs available. Rent is income based and very reasonable.
