My mom has been in Delaware Highlands Assisted Living for a couple of months now. She really enjoys having her own one-bedroom apartment. She has a wheelchair, and it is suited for her. The room is large, and she has her own walk-in closet. The bathroom is large, too. Appliances are included. They provide a refrigerator, a microwave, and a TV. The staff are very welcoming. So far, they have been really great to her. She really likes the food. She just said it's great. They provide games and stuff. It is worth the money. They have outdoor spaces for them as well.

We chose Delaware Highlands for my mom. We still have to get some paperworks sorted out. It seemed to be fairly good. They offer three meals a day, weekly cleaning service, once the pandemic is over they'll offer all the activities as well, and also the biggest point was, the rent is controlled by mom's monthly income. They're very thorough.
