The Crestone Senior Living is a very nice facility. I toured their independent living side. It's brand-new, and the staff was extremely friendly. We also ate lunch, and the food was really good. It has a lot of activities, too. The apartments are nice, but a little bit on the small side for my parents. Other than that, I think most people would find it very nice.

Crestone is a beautiful new facility. I have been disappointed in the attention provided to my family member. I do not feel that this facility has administrative professionalism, lacks expert care, and it often requires hours of my time to ensure that my family member is cared for as outlined in the care plan. There is a disconnect between the health care and administrative team, making it difficult to understand the care provided, and who is responsible for stated care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone needing even the basics of care.

We liked The Crestone Senior Living. It was an excellent place. The staff was wonderful to talk to and work with. We were able to have a meal there and it was excellent. Everything about that across the board is a number five, but they were about $1500 more a month than the other place and they don't accept Medicaid. So as soon as I run out of money, I'm going to have to move my wife out of there and put her into another place. It's one of the most expensive ones. The rooms were excellent. The studio didn't have anything else except the room and the bathroom. It had a sink with a microwave and a small refrigerator, so that was nice, probably not necessary because she would probably forget that it was even there. Everything in that place was nice. It didn't have a range. There was counterspace.

My parents moved to The Crestone Senior Living and it's been a good experience. The staff is caring. The food is delicious. The facility is beautiful. My parents' room size is OK. The dining area is just adequate.

I moved to The Crestone Senior Living. Everybody is friendly and everybody is nice. The dining room is wonderful. So far I've managed to find everything perfect. My apartment is very nice. I'm at the end of the hallway, which I chose, but I think it's wonderful. The food is fantastic. They have a swimming pool where they have water aerobics. They have different groups that get together to play bingo and listen to music. They have a nice library. They have plenty of things to keep us busy.

Crestone Senior Living is beautiful and new. The only reason I didn't go with it was that the rooms were a little bit smaller than the other facility. The staff was great. She was very nice and welcoming. We just had little appetizers that they brought out when we got there, and it was great. They had a library and a gym.
