My mother chose Crown Pointe because it had a very good reputation, she knew people that lived there, and it’s very homey. The staff is warm, welcoming, and dedicated. The layout has a cosy feeling, the food is tremendous, and they have a lot of activities, but my mom is not involved in that yet. They have exercise groups, go out on outings, and are doing a lot of holiday stuff. My mother loves Crown Pointe.
