Individual rooms are spacious. Residents spend most of their time in the common areas enjoying a variety of activities. I loved the holiday celebrations, especially when I would see the videos. I remember one in particular when my mom was dancing with a staff member. The common areas are decorated lovely. Residents can move from one residential side to the other. Some residents like to walk and this allows them freedom of movement. The outdoor gardens provides many places to have family visits. I truly enjoyed visiting in the garden area. My mother lived there for 2 years. She arrived two days before the pandemic shutdown. Those were tough times for all but Grandbrook connected us through Facetime calls. That was so nice and thoughtful. The staff was always considerate and helpful. You could tell many loved my mom. I found Grandbrook to be a caring community with a heart!
