"I live at Auxiliary Court Apartments, and so far, it’s excellent and among the best. They have just enough activities to have choices and participate, but not so much to overwhelm or be obliged to go. It’s appropriate for the age and geared for increased needs without having to move. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with a shower stall, a seat inside, hand grab bars, and a nightlight switch. There’s a full-size washer and dryer, and a small utility room for storage and washing and drying. They have ceiling fans to help increase circulation, and air conditioners in the master bedroom and the living room. There’s a balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a stove, and a full-size refrigerator. It has an elevator, in-ground parking, and solar power, so our electric bills are lower. We have an on-site manager that’s accessible to any need. Our manager is on top of things, very personable, and open to conversation and suggestion. We have one custodian who is the cream of the crop; you couldn’t ask for anyone better. They're very accommodating, on top of things, and very personable."

"My parents are moving to New Perspective Senior Living. I like the floor plan, the amount of different activities and the amount of different social gathering places they had in the building. They have a unique floor plan that no one else has, they have a den which fit my parents. They feel better there than any place else. It's in town so it's close to shopping and activities that they would be going to. In a normal world they have a theater, they have a pool, they have a couple of outdoor spaces, and they have 2 or 3 indoor spaces that are social gathering places where they do activities. They have exercises every day. They just had a lot of different things that they can do. I like the décor, the atmosphere but the floor plan was the biggest factor for me."

"We will be moving into Embassy Condominiums. I like the fact that it has underground parking, and it has a pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. They're very nice rooms. They have two bedrooms and two baths. They don't offer any meals or anything like that. The unit has got appliances, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Every floor has washers and dryers for anybody to use. It's a nice place. Considering its age, it was built in 1972, it's very nice and pretty well kept up."
