"I liked it for my sister. I could tell that it was an older building. It needs some more modern updates, but aside from that, it was clean, and it was very inviting and very nice looking inside. The staff was very friendly and actually, a lot of the residents that live there were very friendly also. It was a welcoming environment."

"My wife is going to Wisconsin to Village at the Falls. The staff was very friendly. They answered the hard questions. They were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I have tried the food, and it was delicious. The food was absolutely outstanding. My son was over there, and he said that the rooms are all fantastic. Everybody in the building has smiles on their faces. "

"Our family recently moved our mom into this memory care community, and overall, the first 60 days have been a positive experience. Nina and her staff has been welcoming, caring, and responsive to both Mom's needs and our family's questions and concerns. Everyone has made a genuine effort to help her feel comfortable and supported during this transition. Communication has been good, and we appreciate how quickly the team responds when we reach out. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and provides a safe environment with engaging activities for residents. Because it is still early in the process, it's difficult to know how well Mom will ultimately acclimate and accept such a significant life change. Adjusting to memory care can take time, and we understand that every resident's journey is different. That said, the staff's patience, compassion, and professionalism have given us confidence that she is in good hands. We are grateful for the positive start and look forward to seeing how Mom continues to settle in over the coming months."

"I liked everything about Laurel Oaks Senior Living. It was just out of my financial bracket. The staff was very professional and friendly. They had everything that I was looking for and all the activities that they utilize there. The one bedroom was nice. It was a little smaller than what I wanted, but I couldn't afford it anyway. You would have to choose at least one meal a day with them there and that was something that wasn't quite interesting to me. I prefer making my own meals. The dining room was nice. It was a very pleasant atmosphere that I experienced there. It was immaculate."

"Hart Park Square is a 5 for the people, everything that's going on, and it's really nice when you walk in. The staff was really good, the dining area was really nice, and it was very warm, and comfortable. I was impressed with the amenities. The only problem was the location. We were looking at something farther west of the area."

"My mother moved here. It's awesome; they work hard to make it feel like a community. They assured me, and I was able to see happy residents. So I know that my mom is going to be cared for. There's so many amenities and those are wonderful as well. She can get her hair done, she can get a manicure and pedicure. My mom is a southern belle, so she likes to have those things available to her, and they have those there, including a hand massage and foot massage. We visited eight places, and this one was the best. I didn't get to sample their food, but the residents seem to brag about it. The facility is beautiful. They had a bird expert come in and talked to the residents about birds, and they have happy hour. They have a rosary group once a week and a prayer group, and that's important for my mom. There's a couple of people that play cards and poker, so they're going to do a poker group on Tuesdays."

"My aunt stayed at Discovery Commons Brookfield, which was very nice but pricey. The people who worked there were wonderful. The facility was new and clean. It was state of the art, but parking was also a problem there. The rooms were smaller than the ones I looked at for my mom, but they were very nice. They did have very nice walk-in showers with a seat hanging from the wall, which was very nice so my aunt could be independent in showering herself. I ate lunch with my aunt, and the food was very good."

My mother has told us so many times She just loves it there. They take trips, yr round and gets them out. When she gets sick they keep us informed and advises us. They always make sure she get 3 meals aday. She likes being Busy and associating With people, and there Is plenty of that.
