"I toured Hart Park Square Senior Living. I liked that they showed me several models. I liked that there's an emergency switch in each of the models, and they said you flip this one switch by 9 a.m. because if your light doesn't light up, they call you on. If you don't answer your phone, they come up and knock on your door. And, if you don't answer that, they use the key to come in and check on you. They supply all the appliances, like a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The staff was congenial, answered my questions, and didn't rush me."

"I liked Library Square and the staff was fine. The living atmosphere of the community was fantastic. Their dining area was excellent and the rooms were great. The building itself looked fantastic and unique."

"We are leaning toward Leyton Terrace for my mom. I really liked that the space was so open. The lady I worked with was really helpful. The residents seemed really happy and welcoming. The one-bedroom was nicely kept up. It was overall a good tour and a good facility. The dining room was large and well-lit. It looked like they were really well organized. There were a lot of activities like exercise, different programs, coloring groups, and games available. I know there are like 20 meals included in the price of the rent, which was nice. They have a beauty salon, a little library, and a reading nook. They have a doctor come on-site maybe once a week."

"My mother has been living at Story Point memory care for the past four months. The rooms and bathrooms are roomy. Nice tall ceilings and large windows provide a scenic view. Staff are very courteous and helpful. They lookout for my mother's needs and I feel she is well cared for."

"I have had a relative who was a resident at Laurel Oaks Senior Living and a couple of friends who were residents there. So, I'm fairly familiar with the facility. It's an older facility, but it's very clean. The staff was accommodating, but not quite as visible in some instances as with the other places. Sometimes, I've gone to the front desk and there's no one there right away and we had to find somebody. The apartments were reasonably well kept. There was a nurse there for a certain portion of the day and CNAs around-the-clock. They've done some recent updates in the dining room and it's pleasant enough. Since my relative was there, they've added a theater, which was very nice. They had a library. It's a quieter place. There were not as many people roaming around in terms of staff, but I was pleased enough with it that I would have taken my loved one there again."
