"Oak Hill Terrace Senior Living was a little dated, and the apartment we got to see was not cleaned up. The carpets were very spotted, and there were things out of the woodwork. It looked like it had been lived in. I think they offered good services, especially for independent living (where they had the pull cords and they check on people daily). It was set up obviously for senior people. It had a balcony. It's just that it was tired. Probably with a little elbow grease, it probably could go right back into shape. The staff was very nice. We gave them basically no notice. We just said, "Can we come over this afternoon?" They accommodated us very nicely. COVID was going on at the time, so everybody was wearing masks. They have very nice personnel. Size wise, the room was about what I would expect. It was a one-bedroom that I looked at. It had a living room and a small kitchenette. The bathtub was a regular bathtub, which surprised me a little bit because those are sometimes hard to get into for seniors. Everything was nice except that it was a little dated. The grounds were nice, and the entryway was nice. We looked at the menu just for that week. I was looking for an 89-year-old woman, and the food was kind of extravagant for that age. They said that they just hired a chef that had her own farm. She had a restaurant on her farm, and it was all food from her farm. I imagine it was probably very good that way. It was something I would like and appreciate more than somebody like an 89-year-old woman, who just wants mashed potatoes and meat."
