"I moved my mom into the Connections Memory Care of Country Meadows at Leader Heights in March of 2023. The care she and I both have been receiving since the day we walked in the front door is exceptional! The entire community is beautifully maintained, and the staff members, from the administration team to the front desk personnel, and everyone in between, have been very friendly and helpful. The Connections staff lovingly cares for my mom daily and are very attentive to my mom’s every request and need. They never hesitate to take the time to answer all my questions and share details about my mom’s daily life whether I am visiting or simply calling to check in on her. The activities have provided my mom with an opportunity to stay active in many ways and have helped her to build lasting friendships with the staff as well as other residents. The staff encourages and welcomes me to participate in any activities being conducted and they set up the country kitchen very nicely so we can have family meals with my mom as well. I highly recommend Country Meadows to anyone looking for a loving safe community for themselves or their loved ones."

"Our parents have been at the Residence at Fitz Farm, Personal Care for one year. Our large family has visited them from across the country and we have all remarked on how happy and safe they are in their new home. The leadership has instilled a strong work ethic and caring that creates a beautiful living environment. The community feeling among all the staff , caregivers, housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the residents are safe and happy is very genuine. The dining experience provides very nutritious meals and offers a time for residents to share time together. In the event that our parents were not feeling well, the staff brought them meals and provided support. Our Christmas was incredible for some of our family to enjoy a delicious dinner with our parents in the dining room and make their first Christmas very special and also, the entire residence was decorated so beautifully. The recent snow storm was worrisome but the leadership all stayed through the storm and staff were encouraged to stay which evidences true leadership and care. The clinical team leadership provides excellent communication and availability as needed. We truly appreciate all the Residence at Fitz Farm staff and leadership who have been so kind to our parents over the past year and would recommend the Residence at Fitz Farm to anyone seeking a safe, caring and quality home environment. "Sprenkle was a great community with a great people. The seniors were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The assistants were very nice to the seniors, and assisted them at all times. I would love to visit Sprenkle again, because it offers so much to do. For example, you can play Wii in the recreation area, and have great discussions with your fellow seniors. The village provides all things needed for a healthy and great living environment. More often then not, you will have a phenomenal time there, and your afternoon will fly by, because of the great activities you can do. As you pull in the main complex, you are greeted by a gorgeous recreation house, with various cottages surrounded in the lush landscape. Your adventure awaits, and relaxation is everything at Sprenkle. There is nothing better than kicking your feet up and watching the sunset, right from your backyard. A true place for serenity. "

"My mom has been at Providence Place Senior Living of Dover for less than a month now. She's in their assisted living and the place is clean, the facility is nice, and the staff is nice. Her room is a good size, has enough storage spaces, and is perfect for what she needs right now. My husband's grandmother lives there, too, so I've been through the entire facility. My mom doesn't like anything but the food seems good. I've seen it and my husband's grandmother likes it too. I believe there is a library, a couple of common spaces where you can have your family to eat with or whatever, and a fitness room in there. They have some nice outdoor spaces too like patios and that kind of thing."

"I visited Shrewsbury Courtyards II twice. The first time was because I had a friend who lived there and she took me in to see what the apartment looked like, what size it was, and everything. My friend was the one who took me on a tour of the grounds and some of the facilities. Then I went back about a week later and I was given an application. I filled it out and gave it to the lady in charge of the complex. The overall grounds were beautiful. Each unit had a balcony or a patio area and the grounds were well kept up. It was just immaculate. I saw the laundry facilities and they looked very clean and well-kept, too. I saw that they have a mail room. So, instead of going outside to a mailbox, you have an actual room with mailboxes in it so that you don't have to get drenched if it's raining outside. When they built this place, they built it with the residents in mind."

"Accolades Inc was fine and I liked that there were not a lot of people there so my mom would get more one-on-one attention. I liked it and I had no issues with the staff members I met. The place looked really clean, but the rooms are on the smaller side. My mom has a private room. They do their nails and hair, they play bingo, they do game nights, and go on walks."

"I'm very pleased with St. John's Herr Estate. I am with people around my age so we have a lot in common. I got an apartment with a dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a full kitchen. So it's nice. They give me a $125 a month credit for my meals and I can go up and eat in their restaurant. I normally have breakfast every day and make my other meals myself. The menu is varied and it's always well-prepared, well-done, and never overcooked. It's great. We get all kinds of activities going on here. They have bus trips going down to the bank and shopping centers. Then they have bingo here, Wii bowling, shuffleboard, and all kinds of stuff going on. They even have a small farm at the end of the property where you can do some gardening if you want to. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They'd do anything you ask them to do. The facility is almost brand new. It is clean and well-maintained. For what I paid to get in, it was more than reasonable. It's a one-time fee and then I pay a monthly fee for my apartment. It's a good price."

"I can’t find anything wrong with Cross Keys Village. They’re friendly. The staff is excellent. The place is very clean, well kept, and orderly. There’s a lot going on all the time, like walking and hiking, games, speakers, artists, and all kinds of field trips. They can improve on food and have more options. I’m very happy to have found it. "Masonic Village was very clean and very friendly. They had a person show us all the things that would be applicable to our brother and sister-in-law. They were very nice and accommodating, and explained as much as they could. They have to go into personal care, so they will have a large double room that will hold a couple. They have single rooms, but this one will have two beds, two bureaus, two night stands, two recliners, a TV stand, a desk, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in bathroom, and then there is still a little more room for anything personal that they would want to bring along. I like the size of the bathroom for them because it is better than the one at their apartment, and everything would be brand new, so that impressed me. They have an activities calendar. People can do things, but they don’t have to. They have all kinds of classes, do knitting or puzzles, and they have something to do every day. They have a spa and a swimming pool. It is a huge place to help anybody at any stage, so this is why we really like Masonic. "

"We visited The Middletown Home. I like the building itself, the people that were in there, and the cleanliness of the place. Everything was clean. Comparing it to other places, they have a significant amount of staff and you see them everywhere, which I like. Their staff has been there for years, which I think is a good thing too. I thought that the cafeteria and food types that they have was a good set-up. They have two different cafeterias. They have a wide variety of menu options. Overall, The Middletown Home was my favorite place."
