Shrewsbury Courtyards II

I visited Shrewsbury Courtyards II twice. The first time was because I had a friend who lived there and she took me in to see what the apartment looked like, what size it was, and everything. My friend was the one who took me on a tour of the grounds and some of the facilities. Then I went back about a week later and I was given an application. I filled it out and gave it to the lady in charge of the complex. The overall grounds were beautiful. Each unit had a balcony or a patio area and the grounds were well kept up. It was just immaculate. I saw the laundry facilities and they looked very clean and well-kept, too. I saw that they have a mail room. So, instead of going outside to a mailbox, you have an actual room with mailboxes in it so that you don't have to get drenched if it's raining outside. When they built this place, they built it with the residents in mind.

Shrewsbury Courtyards II was just one story, and the apartments were laid out with a central courtyard where everybody can eat. These were the things that I liked best about it. The manager gave me the tour and she was the one helping me the whole time. She was very helpful, very friendly, and professional. They have on-site laundry, plus washer/dryer hookups in each apartment. They also have a community room with a kitchen and we can host parties there.
