The staff at Bella Terra in Bloomingdale truly did an awesome job of taking care of my friend John for 10 months. The nursing staff and CNA staff truly did a wonderful job of caring for my best friend John. The receptionists and maintenance and cafeteria personnel were compassionate and caring also. The place is very clean too. Thanks for the end of life care you amazingly provided for John. God bless you always!!!!

Our loved one has been at Bella Terra Bloomingdale for about 9 months in the long term care section. The staff employed by BT that cares for our loved one daily is great. Either myself or another family member visits our loved on 5-6 times a week. Every time we visit, one of the staff gives us an update about our loved one. There have been a few experiences that were not so good but on a regular basis our loved one has been taken care of. THANK YOU to the BT staff that cares every day for our loved one.

We were a little bit unsatisfied with Lexington Health Care Center of Bloomingdale; that's why we moved my mom. The staff was OK and the facility was fine, but it seemed like the level of care wasn't what we had expected. A lot of it has to do with their communication with us. She was there two years ago and then six months ago, so she's been twice. They had a common area for the residents, and it seemed to be maintained well. I haven't been in that building for a while, though, but I know that some people say that it's a little run down.

We chose Lexington Health Care Center - Bloomingdale because of good feedback from friends, and they do a good job at taking care of my mother. It's clean, and they've got caring and friendly staff.

When mom first had the stroke and went in to the hospital, they recommended Lexington for rehab. The rehab never really happened as she still can’t walk, so we just moved her to permanent residency. The staff is OK. My mom is very hard to get along with, so they’re doing the best they can. She is in a shared room with three people, and the room is not the best. The food is like hospital food as it’s very bland. They have lots of activities like bingo, movie night and exercise, and they have special, little parties. They do what they are supposed to do. They take care of the people who can’t take care of themselves anymore, and they do a pretty good job.

Before my mom passed, she was at The Lexington. The staff was kind and caring. The people were happy. They had activities. Their dining room was very clean and very well organized. The food was good. The rooms were nice. They also had an Alzheimer's side. Overall, it was nice.
