We went to visit the Aurora Manor, Inc. assisted living facility since we were already in the region, looking at places for my friend's mother to live. The outside grounds were colorful and nicely landscaped. The lovely garden also includes many pathways to safely enjoy in a serene environment. The interior foyer was fresh, bright and welcoming. Community rooms were nice and pleasant, with plenty of space to engage in a number of social activities like games, reading, TV and crafts. They also offer plenty of amenities - like social enrichment activities in and around the community. The restaurant style dining area offers many delicious choices. The lunch resembled what you might find in an upscale diner. They also had a private dining room for friends and family to enjoy. The private housing options were all lovely and looked like they had been personalized. The exercise area had plenty of equipment and also offers classes. This assisted living facility offers residents flexibility and comfort. The staff is respectively and professional - yet kind and caring.
