My sister was at Live Love Laugh Assisted Living Inc for about 3 months. Their caregiver lives there, and she does all the cooking, and the laundry, and she takes care of them. But she always looks angry, and she acts annoyed with the residents. She's just not understanding of their situation. She expects them to remember what she said the day before. I've heard her yelling at the residents. She would stand there and yell back and forth. Of course, they're going to yell back. It's not a very good atmosphere. The place looked clean, but there were always a lot of flies in there. They just had the TV on all day loud. It's a small group home. They had a dining area but not everyone was able to sit at that same table. There was another table in the living room for the others. She had a shared bedroom with a bathroom. They served fairly healthy meals, but they gave too much sugar sometimes. They should get more staff and train them how to behave, how not to yell at the residents, and to be more understanding of their residents. They should have some daily activities for their residents.
