My friend is a resident of Trinity Towers East. They're very friendly at the front desk. They do lots of activities for the seniors. The building is kept very clean. The apartments are very nice and have an income base, so it's a plus. They overturned quite a bit on staff, so it's not like you get to know who the staff is because they stay for a bit and are not there. Other than that, they're still courteous. The facility is appealing to the eye. I have not attended the activities, but it looks like everyone's happy. They get a lot of value for their money. When you pay rent, utilities are included. It's Wi-Fi and TV, so they have that included. A flexible rent-to-income was the main thing that got my friend in there.

I am a resident of Trinity Towers East. I like that the apartments are clean. It's 610 square feet. I have a one-bedroom, a living room, a tiny kitchen, a bathroom, and two huge closets. We have laundry facilities on every floor, two elevated buildings, 14 stories, and good maintenance. I have no problem. It's just that they only have a one-bedroom apartment or a studio, but now I need a three-bedroom. Everything is in here. The kitchen is very small, but it has a four-burner stove and a full-size refrigerator. I have a sink, a countertop, cabinets, and a bathtub. I pay $700 a month, including all my utilities and cable. They have bingo for a couple of nights. They have exercise classes and Bible studies. They have barbecues once in a while, like on holidays. They have various things. They keep you busy. It's always something every day of the week, and they have computer classes.
