"I stayed in the Encompass Health Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital for rehab. It was a little more on the older scale, but kept up fine. The staff weren't as active with the patients. The food was bland. I'm using a little bit of spice in it. My room was a little smaller than what they had at the other facility, and like mine didn't have the windows. I had physical and occupational therapy there, and they were good."

I have been a resident here since May 2nd, 2025 and one housekeeper in particular has been a true blessing. Her name is: Judith. She does a wonderful job. "My mom moved to Melbourne Terrace Rehab Center. She needs special help like bathing and taking care of personal needs, and they fit everything on the bill. It's truly skilled nursing care. Her vitals were taken several times a day, and they administered her medications and everything by registered nurses. They had doctors there and it's everything that I wanted to come together for her. The staff was very friendly, respectful, patient, and very professional. The food is very good. She eats well every day. They have activities every day. She can either participate or not as she wishes. They accept Medicaid as full payment."

"I was petrified to go after leaving the hospital. I needed therapy as I had not walked in over a month with respiratory problems I wasn't familiar with any of the hospitals or Doctors having just moved to FL from Phila. My daughter chose this facility and it was an absolute home run. I shared a room with an older women, who was really sick and didn't speak English. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There qwereq games for the patients which I did not partake, after PT for most of the day, I would have my dinner, maybe have a little nap until my visitors arrived. You can have your lunch outside with your company, if it wasn't too hot or in the very comfortable dining room. I happened to be there during the month of Dec and had a Christmas Party and dinner. Every resident got a gift. I got a vert pretty housecoat. What a nice surptise. There is a hairdresser who comes, I thunk twice a week."

"Mom has been having physical and occupational therapy at Anchor Care and Rehab for two months. Mom got well enough to come home, and it was good. They have bingo, their food was awesome, and whenever she didn’t like what they have, they would offer her whatever she wanted. They were very accommodating, and I would recommend this facility. "

"My husband was at Life Care Center Of Palm Bay. He was there for three and a half months. It's beautiful. The outside and the inside were well-kept. My husband was in a private room, which was perfect. Then he went to the hospital, and when he came back, they were so busy and they had so many patients, he had to go in a room with another patient, but it worked out okay. My husband was in physical therapy every morning. He was in OT during the day. The dining room was wonderful. The meals that they served were perfect. And because he's on a special kind of high-protein diet, they did their very best to keep him on that type of a diet. The food was wonderful. I was glad to have lunch with them every day. It was very good. As for the staff, I can't say enough about them. The night crew wasn't as great as the daytime crew, but they were just so wonderful, and they were there to help. On the weekends, because a lot of times they didn't have a full staff, which made it tough, I would do everything for my husband, and they were very appreciative of anything that I did. They were wonderful with activities. They kept my husband busy. They had all kinds of programs going on during the day. When he was able to finally get in his wheelchair and get down to the activity room, he would be down there doing things. We would go out and sit in the garden, too. They had different programs come in to entertain them. They had services on Sunday for them. Insurance paid almost all of it, so we didn't have much that we had to pay out of pocket."

"The rooms at this facility are outstanding, clean, modern and roomy. We saw many different activities provided for the residents; a very nice outdoor sitting area/ garden; etc.; the photos online speak for themselves. Admin Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My Aunt had a very complicated condition, in addition to being paralyzed. The Doctor's, Nurses and CNA's were compassionate, attentive and very knowledgeable with the medical care she required. In general, we thank God for allowing my Aunt the opportunity to receive the care she needed here and we highly recommend this facility."

"My brother is in Viera Health and Rehabilitation. He's only been here a week, and so far, so good. The people are very nice. They come to your room right away if you need them. They have recreation every day for the residents. They have a dining room that if they want to go there, they're welcome to go or they can eat in their rooms. They bring them food in their room. It's not overloaded with a lot of people. They don't have a lot of rooms, so it's not confusing to my brother because there's not a lot of people in the hallways. I don't know how many bedrooms there are, but it's very peaceful. He's in a two-person room. There's a curtain that divides it, and they each have their own TV and they have a shelf over the TV for pictures and a dresser. It's an older building, but they keep it up. It's very clean. They play games and music. They have coffee, drinks and snacks."

"My mom is in the Huntington Place. I like the nurse-to-patient ratio and the service is excellent. The dining area and the food are both great. The rooms are clean. They treat you like a family. "

"My father picked this place and I was not happy because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful care he got. He loved everyone, especially the head nurses, but all of them. The building is very old and needs renovated. I expect that is the reason behind bad reviews. It could use some sprucing up and many people form first impression opinions. He loved his therapists and his nurses. Care is more important to me than a nice building. The rooms are big but do not have private showers. They share a bathroom with the room nextdoor like many hospital rooms. You can tell staff are very busy but they still were attentive and kind. When he returned to his surgeon he was told his incision looked great. He said his doctor was a young man who listened instead of rushing. He also told me if there is ever a time he has to live in a nursing home this is where I should put him. Okay, dad, okay. You were right and I was wrong. "
