I had an elderly friend that was admitted to this facility. During his stay his health steadily increased to a point that he had not known for years. The facility Staff were wonderful and easy to speak with. They always responded to any needs he had and developed a special relationship with him while under their care. I am so thankful for all they did for him. This gave me much comfort to know his needs were met. He loved his smoking times with his friends. Thank you to all the Staff. Thank you administrators and Social Workers, nurses and nurses assistants.

My father was at Wave Crest Health and Rehabilitation Center. The care initially was really good, but I don't know if they made changes. They really got bad towards the end when he was there. For some reason, I don't know if management changed or the structure changed, but communication got really bad at the end. I got nothing from them. They wouldn't let me in there, so I really didn't get to see the facility. From what Dad told me, the place felt more like an institution.
