The person who toured me around was very helpful. They showed us a couple of rooms. The place looked very nice, but it wasn't a fit for Mom because it would have been a shared room. Overall, it was nice.

I met with a very nice lady here. It was her first or second week on the job, so she wasn't thoroughly familiar with the place, but she showed me around and showed the facilities. It's not that bad. It was very quiet when I visited. There were very few people outside waiting for transportation to go shopping. Their dining area was nice. Nothing elaborate, but it was very clean-looking, airy, and pleasant.

The tour was very good. They have a swimming pool, and it looks like it's user-friendly with handicapped people because they're redoing it with the ramp. They have a wheelchair that would go down that ramp. I think for people in Florida who like water and being outside, that was very good. They also have a little small smoking area outside. The staff was very good, too. The building looked very clean, and they had ice cream day. The only thing I didn't care about was that the rooms were upstairs, and you had to use an elevator most of the time. So that's the only downfall with that one. It was clean but the accessibility I didn't care for. When I stepped in, it felt OK.
