I like Mariposa, but if I have a guest they cannot come to dinner. If I have my son or my daughter or my sister, they can come and stay with me, but they can't come to dinner. No food for a guest. The rooms were good, but I stopped there because I found that it wasn't reasonable that I couldn't bring a guest. Everything was very nice if you don't mind the idea that you can't bring anybody for dinner. The rooms were nice, but I wouldn't rate the staff highly.

Mariposa was gorgeous, like the grounds and everything. It is like a lavish estate. For my mother-in-law, in a way for a memory care person, it was perhaps too overwhelming. The staff was very caring, responsive, and helpful. When you're going there for a tour, they show you everywhere. If you wanted food, they let you go into the dining area. The food looked great. They had a lot of activities and an amphitheater area. The residents seemed engaged. It was very expensive. The facility was immaculate and super clean.

Mariposa is a fairly new facility. It's very nice. The staff was very nice. They had people that helped us and showed us around. I like the facilities. I think we would have been very comfortable there, but we chose another location. They have the usual amenities. They have social activities, formal dining, an auditorium, a fitness facility, and a pool. You rent your apartment there and you can move out any time you want, which is different from where we're going.

My dad is at Mariposa, and they have very warm and caring people that work there. They are always aware of what is going on in the facility, and they are always looking for new ways to keep the residents comfortable, happy, and see how they can get around and do things. The food is excellent. They give them three meals a day. They also have a bistro that is open, and a bar. So, there's always many choices for them to make. They have a full range of activities, from the pool, to card games, movies, bingo, a full library, a place to work out, and haircut facilities. The apartments are almost like in brand new condition, and they actually allow you to bring other furniture to put on the walls. They don't have anything that you're not able to do in there. It is also very reasonable for seniors who are on a lower income.

I chose Mariposa because it's one mile from my sister, and it was a nice facility. The units were nice. I was happy with everything, but the deciding factor was it's very close to my sister. My room is spacious. The bathrooms and kitchens are beautiful. I haven't lived here yet, but they have a full range of activities, exercise classes, and other things. The staff was excellent and did a good job. The atmosphere was pretty subdued. There wasn't so much activity. It's quiet.

It was great. I loved the place. They're very nice that I want to go and live there. They showed us a room, some common areas, and John was very nice and very informative. The whole facility was just nice. I saw a little studio bedroom with a bathroom, a closet, and it was very nice and clean. They had a pool, a movie theater, and a tea room. Nothing I could say bad about it.

We went and it's lovely. I would have loved to push my aunt in there but she flew out and said she's not old and she's not going. It was a really nice place though. People there seem to really care. The rooms are spacious. They had a nice activity calendar. The price was right. It was homey, it was nice, and it's cheerful and not overdone. It didn't have chandeliers, making the price ridiculous. I'm not going to pay for a chandelier. It was really nice, it was comfortable and inviting.

My mother is happy here. Since the pandemic, the restaurant closed down. All the facilities closed down, the movies, the whole of it, and now it's just starting to open. My mother is happy where she's at right now, even with everything. She loves the food. They did activities prior to the COVID-19. The dining room is a restaurant type with a bistro and a chef. It's a very large facility.
