Palm Krest Manor

I first visited Palmcrest Manor January, 2019 and was appalled. The parking lot/common area affords little or no protective covering to shield residents and visitors from the elements. Parking lot has so many jagged potholes that it is nearly impossible to drive into without plunging down into them with your vehicle tires. Lot resembles the surface of the moon, Disgusting at best. In my opinion, this facility is not adequate to meet all the basic needs of the residents and visitors alike.

That place is very nasty. They leave dirty diapers on the floor in the room nursing staff asleep on the job and dont care about them. I would not put my wrost enemy in they. They dont call you when the residents fall. DO NPT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THERE

Short staffed. Bugs everywhere administration not careing I woulnt put my goldfish there.

I would give this place a fat zero but i had no choice but to select one star.This place is horrible,my husband was there less than 24 hours and he demanded to leave because of roaches and filth! The staff is understaffed and they are very unprofessional!I wouldnt recommend that place to my dog! Very poor place!

I visited this facility. The staff were very accommodating during my visit. It has a very caring staff. They were concerned with my friend's need. They were very careful with what they cook for him. The ladies that made the food there were very proud of what they were making for other people to eat. They really seemed concerned and they try to make the people happy. The staff were very proud of what they were doing. It seemed like a very good place for my friend. He was happy there. My concern was just with the open courtyard. They should have placed some shade in it so people can sit down and be guarded from the heat of the sun. But inside it was very nice and clean. I liked the place. I would recommend it and my visit was a good experience overall.
