I want to give a compliment to our maintenance man here at Garden Park Senior living apartments. I've lived here for 5 years and Larry is one of the best. He is very cordial and always takes care of any and all needs of my apartment. He does it with a smile and a fantastic attitude towards his work. I hope we have Larry for many more years to come. Every apartment complex should have a maintenance man like him, I'm so appreciative that he is our maintenance guy. Fantastic quality work Larry on fixing my garbage disposal.

Apartments are nice, management, not so good Too much focus on stupid rules and not enough focus on what's really important like broken elevators, serious electrical issues and not secure due to a broken gate that they will not fix which allows homeless people and drug doers free access to the property.

I have moved to Garden Park Senior Living. I like that it's clean, pretty, and well maintained. It's in a good area, it's near shopping. The staff is very nice, they're very good. My apartment is also very nice and the maintenance looks very good. There are some activities and they have like a patio, which is very nice and roomy.

My apartment here is very nice and their maintenance is very good. I make my own food and they have some activities for the residents. They have a very roomy and very nice patio, it's like another room. Everyone seemed to be very caring.
