My mom who’s 93 is a full time resident. The staff and Director treats her like family. They are attentive, supportive and accommodating to both the residents and the families. They cook healthy meals, keep the facility impeccably clean and focus on their residents needs. It is such a relief to know my mother is getting the care and attention she needs. Couldn’t say enough about how fortunate we feel to have her there.

My mother is at Cape Chateau. It is a really small community with very friendly people. She seems to be fine, and happy where she is right now. The lady who runs it is really super-friendly. She is really down-to-earth, very friendly, and very helpful; so that made it more appealing to put my mother there.

We went to visit the Cape Chateau assisted living facility since we were already in the region, looking at places for my friend's mother to live. The outside grounds were filled with lush, well-tended greenery, with plenty of seating to enjoy and safe walkways. The interior foyer was very inviting, with lots of space and fresh flowers. The facility offers plenty of amenities - like social and recreational activities within the community and surrounding areas. The restaurant style dining area offers many delicious choices. The lunch we saw resembled what could be found in an upscale diner. We could see that my friend's mother would appreciate their menu options - since she's always enjoyed really good food and is a great cook herself. The staff takes residents on weekly outings for shopping and entertainment - and they also take day trips for nature walks to explore the area. The private housing options spacious apartments, and a variety of floor plans to choose from, were all lovely and looked like they had been personalized. The exercise area had well-maintained equipment and also offered regular exercise classes. Residents may also use pretty outdoor walking paths. This assisted living facility offers residents flexibility and comfort. The staff is respectively and professional - while also kind and caring.
