Location of facility is urban and noisy. Management (ED) needs to be replaced. It is a fairly new place so facility still relatively clean. High turnover of staff. Many families did not have good relationship with (ED) and management. Director was confrontational with families and staff. Families felt like the ED and management would compromise your loved-one if you did not comply with OCD-type standards. Feet were neglected and hygiene not up to standards. If I could do it over again, I would not have my loved-one at this facility. There was no heart and soul to this place, yet some of the caregivers and therapists were good. Glad we had hospice watching over half the time as it added some quality. Food was only average.

I didn't like the Villas of Holly Brook. It was clean, but when you walk into a place, you either like it or you don't, and this was that kind of the place where I couldn't put my finger on it, but I didn't particularly care for it. The staff person was very good. They had studio apartments, they were a decent size, but on the small side. The staff did give me a full tour.
