This large low-income senior living complex is part of a recent renovation, located near the new baseball stadium. The surrounding area has been revitalized completely, so many amenities are now accessible nearby. It's also close to the highway, train and subway. It's now a gorgeous place"”with new furniture, carpet and appliances. There is an intercom system for security. Inside, there's a common area with a computer lab, nice big windows and sitting areas. It's new construction"”and very well done. The individual apartments have separate living rooms, a nice-sized bedroom, tile floors, high-grade carpets and other classy touches. There are resident council meetings for those who want to get involved in helping run the place, but those who live there are basically on their own for finding activities. As for food, a delivery program is available, but most residents make their own meals. Residents, who range from those who live independently to those who need assistance, are responsible for arranging and paying for their own medical care.
