We moved my mother from out of state to Penny Lane Assisted Living six months ago. The 1:8 ratio, caregiver to residents, has allowed for much more personalized care than what she was receiving at a larger facility. Every time a need arrises for my mom, the staff problem solves what the best care for her is. I have watched the caregivers work tirelessly to assist her and to make her comfortable. My mom is legally blind, and they have helped her with meals, dressing, and personal hygiene. Communication with families of the residents is top notch. We feel blessed to have found such a caring, home like environment for my mom at Penny Lane Assisted Living.

Penny Lane is a place where you can call home. Caregivers are there 24/7 .

Penny Lane Assisted Living is a small but a very nice place. My mom is transitioning from an independent to an assisted living so it's much easier for her to be there. This place is mainly a house and the caretaker ratio is 1:8, that will always be the maximum. The house is very modern and homey. All the rooms are well furnished.
