The Avenues Crofton Park is totally independent. The first plus was the fact that it has garage parking at no extra charge. The rent was reasonable. The rooms were good size. There was a full kitchen. It looked like they have a lot of activities. Also I'm able to take my cat there. Pets are allowed. The place has a very nice setting. It's very clean and very spacious. They have a variety of floor plans too.

I visited The Avenues at Crofton Park and it was very nice. The person who gave us the tour was very good. The dining area was clean, and they have an activity room there. The apartment we saw there was roomy and clean, and it also has a porch.

I visited the independent living level of The Avenues at Crofton Park. It was a nice community, but it was too expensive for me at $3,000 to $4,000 a month to rent. You can stay on the main property, but if your income is higher, they have patio homes you can choose. Their facilities that I saw in the main building looked pretty dated.

The apartments they showed me at The Avenues at Crofton Park were very nice. They had cottages of independent little houses that were very nicely decorated and set up. It was very well planned with their own garage attached, and a little patio at the back. I also met a group that's meeting in the main building and they are getting ready for their meeting group. The person who gave me the tour was very thorough and helpful. Everyone has their own kitchen in their apartment, so the community didn't have a common dining area. They had indoor parking underneath the main building.
