Heather Gardens was pretty comparable to where I am. It is just in a different location. They got a golf course, activities, a library, and a little community center. It is pretty much the same thing. It is beautiful. It is very nice, very clean, and well kept. The staff was great. They are topnotch. It is open. There were different buildings, and it is centered around the golf course. It's really nice.

Skip Heather Gardens. Each building has a building monitor called an AR Area Representative that thinks they control everything. You do not want to be in this type of dictatorship. They even tell you when to do your laundry. Bad environment for healthy living. RUN FAST! Big mistake in buying here. Staff is extremely rude also.

I visited Heather Gardens a week ago. They rushed me through, and they weren't able to answer all my questions. The units were small, and they were not kept up very well. They also had different rules for different people. I visited the independent living part of it, and there were a lot of amenities and a lot of activities. They have game nights, movie nights, and different things during the week for the elderly.

My dad lives at Heather Gardens which is like a condominium for 55 and older. He has his own 2-bedroom unit there. It's independent living in a retirement community so they have activities and facilities for the residents. They have their own kitchen although they also have takeout available from their cafeteria which is closed now because of the COVID, but they still do takeout orders from their residents. The staff seemed really nice, they were just maintenance people and they didn't really have nurses since it's not assisted living. The people there all seemed pleasant. Their facilities were very nice, they have a golf course, a club house and a lot of other things.

Heather Gardens is a senior community; so it’s a small industry. It’s excellent, and my mom has a lot of support. A good place to be. It’s a whole cottage industry based on supporting the senior community, and there’s every service you could imagine. Everyone has been so kind, and so professional.

We are over at Heather Gardens right now. It is very good. We did a lot of research, and we found out that their prices were affordable, the services are great, and it's got everything we need. We have movies and a golf course here. We have two swimming pools: an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. You'll never get bored over here. You can play bridge or bingo. There's all kind of things you can do over here.

I am moving to Heather Gardens, and I'm currently in the process of packing up. I have a friend that also lives there. Heather Gardens is a very big community. I think it's going to be OK for me. I have tasted the food in the past, but I haven't lately. I have gone there before, and the food seems fine. They have a lot of activity. I'm interested in the wood carving class. I can't say just one thing, but knowing somebody that lived there made the difference too. I think my friend has lived there for about six years, and she still likes the place.

I looked at the apartments at Heather Gardens. It's a condo complex. You can either rent or you can buy one of their apartments. They have a wonderful brand new clubhouse. They are right next to a golf course and I like that it has people of all ages and not just old people. The people that I talked to that lived there loved it. They have a lot of things to offer. They have a lot of recreation. It had a really good feel, but it's fairly expensive.

At Heather Gardens, we have a nice clubhouse. We have different activities going on. They have security. All the buildings are locked tight and you got to have key to get in and out. It's convenient to go to places and to go to different doctors. The place feels like home and we are satisfied with it.
