My elder parent is at The Gardens on Quail Retirement Community. I am going through a difficult time with my parent's behavior, and this place has been very supportive in taking care of my parent and giving us resources to redirect the behavior. They have been very supportive on both sides of the coin, as far as that goes. The place is very well taken care of. It's a beautiful facility with a wonderful courtyard that helps keep the residents safe in a very open and structured framework. I have seen their dinners but I have not partaken in any of them. They have a variety of drinks and snacks available for anyone who comes through their door, and those are available for their residents all the time. Their activities vary depending on where they are in their COVID protocols, but they've gone on outside visits. They're very supportive of the Alzheimer's Foundation so they've had some fundraisers within and outside the community. They have daily exercise classes and the residents help in their garden. Not only do they have morning activities but they try to have some kind of entertainment in the afternoons. They have plenty of room for an elderly person. They have their own private rooms that they can personalize however they want to. We haven't been there that long but we're very happy with them.

The Gardens on Quail Retirement Community was very nice. It has nice gardens and the residents enjoy being outside gardening. I thought that this place was very nice. It's one of my top four facilities for my parents, but they're a little pricier. The person who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to really care about their residents and their well-being. They're like family. During my visit there were people sitting outside enjoying the nice day. There were also people in an exercise class and in a game area playing games. They had puzzles and cards and things like that.

I toured The Gardens on Quail Retirement Community. There were tons of activities for the seniors, so that was great, but their prices were very high. The staff was very friendly. It's a new building, very nice, and very clean. It has a friendly and open atmosphere. The room sizes were large, and the layout was good.

The Gardens on Quail Retirement Community was my least favorite of the places I went to. The person was nice. When I went and they were having a breakout, they had a breakout of stomach flu. And so there wasn't anybody in the dining halls, and there really hardly wasn't anybody around. The rooms were OK. She seemed to also be knowledgeable of the people around, but the room that we saw was one of the residence studios. That room was beautiful. It was a gorgeous studio apartment that looked onto the garden, but I think the challenge with the rest of those is they didn't really seem to have room dividers. It was like a three quarter wall that went across. The flow was off with the room. If I was going to spend extra money on a two room, then it needs to really function more as a two room, rather than basically a studio with a divider in it. I didn't think it was an option at all.

We toured The Gardens on Quail Retirement Community. It was way overpriced. The building was nice. I did not care for the apartments because, in the one-bedroom, they just had a partition that went partway up instead of a wall that went all the way up. It was just kind of weird. They had a nice courtyard area for the residents. They had gardens and lots of outdoor activities, which was cool. However, the price turned us off right away. I like the staff, and I like their outside activities and their gardens.

The facility is up to date and well cared for. The staff is friendly and responsive. Meals are balanced and well prepared. Care of my loved one is consistent and caring. The room is very comfortable and clean. The residents appear to enjoy the various activities. The outdoor courtyard provides a safe and secure environment to get fresh air and enjoy the weather when it’s a nice day.

This facility is state of the art!! My Mom is staying here as she recovers from a broken hip. We were given a tour by the incredible Terri (Concierge) prior to my Mom coming here and she reassured us that ANYTHING we ever needed for my Mom would be taken care of. She was absolutely right! My Mom has the most incredible therapists! She was evaluated by a PT and OT within 24 hours of arrival and all therapies have been delivered 1-3 times a day by PT's, OT's, COTA's and PTA's. They also offer Speech-Language services. There are living room family areas in all of the neighborhoods and we felt very welcome (and a part of therapy!) There are tv's, small refrigerators and microwaves in each room. The CNA's and Nurses are fantastic!! I must give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Dena, Lindsey, Frankie and Jennifer!!! Outstanding service from these 4 ladies in particular!!!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about this rehab facility. One heads up.... My mom was a bit confused about why she was working on certain things during therapy. I think it is a great practice to include the patients in the rehab goal setting and planning. That way, the therapists could know what is most important to the patient and collaborate and share goals. A small detail in an extraordinary facility!! Thank you so much for all that you are coming for my Mom!!!

What a beautiful place. I got to visit because my aunt had a stroke. Everyone was very warm. The therapists are awesome. State of the art facility and gym. Residents are very well taken care of. Doesn't get any better.

It is brand-new. The rooms and hallways were large and open. It had a beautiful courtyard with a little train that run through it. There were 4 different areas throughout the building, so you don't have to go so far to get to them. It was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Mom really liked it. They have the locked facility, but my mom is not quite ready for a locked facility.

My wife is staying here. She is in a shared room, which is already furnished. It was built around an open courtyard so they had a lot of ground to move about and they have lots of activities there.
