My mom had therapy in Whittier Pacific Care Center (Shea Rehabilitation Healthcare). Their therapy group was amazing. We had a private room, and it was great. But other than the therapy, their service was bad. The employees there were overloaded, they have a lot of patients to change every hour, so they're always rushing. Their food though was very good. They don't have many activities for the residents. They just watch TV or watch a movie, and most of the people just hang out in their chairs and that's basically it. If it wasn't for their therapy group I would rate them a low score.
