SoCal Post-Acute Care (Sorenson Convalescent Hospital) was very clean and nice. The staff that we met there were very nice as well. However, nobody was there to help me with my questions. Every time I called they would transfer me to one person who could help me and then they'd say, "Oh sorry, this other person can answer you just call back in 45 minutes because they're in a meeting." It was a lot of that type of thing.
