My parents are residents of Alta Vista Manor. They've been very responsive. It's a community that fit my parents' somewhat unique needs because I needed skilled nursing and memory care, and they needed to be able to be together during the day. There were a lot of unique issues having two parents that I needed to place in higher than assisted living. So, I have been very satisfied with them. There's a fireplace in every room. Each of the rooms has outdoor patios. The staff is very personal, and I think they are very caring. I appreciate the level of attention that my parents both get. My father is in skilled nursing, and my mother is in memory care. They don't advertise skilled nursing; he didn't go in skilled nursing, but since he became one once he got there, they're keeping him. So that's probably not good to advertise them as skilled nursing, because they don't bring people in who have skilled nursing needs initially. If you wander into skilled nursing needs, they don't kick you out, but they're not trying to get people who are needing skilled nursing. My parents both like the food; it's very wholesome. They are home-cooked, and it's a really good, organic, healthy meal; not like fine dining, it's a communal kitchen. They had a woman come in who played guitar, and they're able they have a large patio. They were able to socially distance people on the patio, and they had the guitarist come in, and she could play everything that anybody asked for. That was very popular. It was recommended to me by a home care nurse. It's pretty highly thought of by some locals, by a hospice that my dad is in. It was recommended by them, and the hospice people are very happy with the care that my dad is getting.
