I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister has moved into Wagner Heights Residential. The care is not the best, but it's adequate. The staff is helpful; there just wasn't many there. She was playing a game when I went in there one time, but they're locked down now. Her room is good sized, but it isn't as nice as it could've been. The dining area is very plain, but she likes the food. They have a beauty shop, an exercise area, a TV room, and a game room.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My brother is in Wagner Heights Residential. When we walk in there, I said this is the place. It didn't smell like urine. It didn't smell like bleach or anything to hide the smell. My brother has the room by himself. It is nice and roomy. It seems like the food okay. My brother has a funny appetite. They ask what he wants and they make it for him. He likes everybody and everybody like him. If he needs anything, all he has to do is ring and they will be right there. He help them to his wheelchair and to bed and they provide him with a lift. They help him get a hover type scooter. The residents seem to be well taken care of.
