Diamond Care Inc. personnel certification involves first aid, CPR training, 8 hour Diamond Care Inc. lectures and record keeping, 8 hour in-home Diamond Care Inc. training, a study binder with all related Diamond Care Inc.™ documents and forms, one hour practical test, one hour written certification test, once a month 2 hour continued education, and once a year written re-certification. In addition we do perform a thorough background check before sending an employee to work with a client. There are two major areas where they take care of them. It seems adequate. Nothing fancy, not too bad, but not real classy either. I think the food is adequate and fine. "
