"My husband moved into Summerfield Memory Care of Stockton. It's a very caring group of people. He is happy there. They care for the people. They're patient. They understand that there are gonna be issues with them asking the same questions over and over again. They meet the needs of the residents. The staff enjoy the residents there. They call each of them by name. They understand what each of the residents enjoys. They communicate with them on their own level. They don't ever talk down to them. The food is good, and it's presented nicely, and it varies. The facility is perfect for people with memory issues. They have plenty of space, and the areas are open so that each can wander about the facility and be safe. They don't have to feel like they're closed all the time. There are doors, and all the doors are open to them, and that's nice. They just had a sock hop a couple of days ago, and that was just so much fun for them, and most of them participated in it and enjoyed it. They bring in music, and the residents can sing a lot of those songs. They make it at their level. The activities are very appropriate. I completely trust them. I'm very comfortable with dropping him off there. I didn't think I would feel that way."

There are two major areas where they take care of them. It seems adequate. Nothing fancy, not too bad, but not real classy either. I think the food is adequate and fine. "
