"This facility is a day program for people who have developmental and physical disabilities. People come to this facility for 6 to 7 hours a day, 5 days a week to learn basic living skills and how to be productive members of society. When I heard of this program I checked it out online. the webiste seemed interested and the program itself seemed like it had alot to offer someone that wants to transition into a more independent life. I decided to take my disabled brother there for a tour. What I seen was the total opposite of what the website represented. It was obvious the staff had no training or teaching skills and they lacked professionalism. The enviornment was very unsanitary and the clients looked unkept. Many were sleeping and disenguaged, seperate from other groups. I didnt see anything exciting at the facility and to be honest the over all feeling I got when touring was a bunch of unhappy people fill this room everyday. My last complaint is the the way the bathrooms are set up. There are a total of 4 restrooms for 70 clients. About 40 percent of those clients use a changing room and the room isnt even seperate from the activity room, the only privacy a person has is a curtain. I was disgusted. So much for a persons dignity. They rob you of it there. My brother and I left. "

"I am an RN. I visited this facility, it has many Russian speaking staff. It appears clean, well maintained with a warm caring environment. Very nice and professional. They will check vital signs and fax the Primary Dr if anything is out of the ordinary. I would recommend this facility. "

"Primrose is a community in Greenhaven the pocket area of Sacramento, Ca. They are a community for all memory impaired seniors. There director and marketing team Casey, Simon and Kim are unbelievable in the care that they provide. As well as the absolutely commited professional staff they have on board. They go above and beyond in keeping these seniors as well acclamated to every day activities and there general health, grooming, hygiene, eating and dietary concerns that one could possibly wish for. It is always a pleasure in visiting this community, they have so much fun there, they laugh, they love, they hug the love you feel shared within this environment makes one want to work their personally! I could not suggest a better RCFE for the memory impaired! Pure Excellence, dedication and commitment from there staff and caregiving team! "
