Don't believe the hype! Food is horrible, caregivers inept and nobody has any training. Run away and find better!!!

Del Monte Assisted Living & Memory Care shows a lot of care for my mom. They're bilingual, and my mom is primarily Spanish speaking, so that's very helpful. They create a good environment for her to stay socially active, so I think it's a good location for her quality of life. She shares a room. She is in an assisted living waiver program, so what she is paying for is good. It's a good, gated community. The appearance is good. They demonstrate caring with my mom, so that's all positive.

My grandmother moved into Del Monte Assisted Living & Memory Care Stockton. I chose it because my grandmother needed memory care. She needed to be in a lockdown facility where she couldn't get away. The staff was pretty nice. For a memory care place and for people that are walking around and kind of not knowing what's going on, they're protected and safe from the elements outside. They have a little outdoor area that they can go to that's very protected and safe. They have plenty of staff to handle the people that are there. They do have activities, and everyone there is vaccinated.

When you first walk into Stacie's Chalet, it's like a hotel. My wife is in the assisted living part, and we like it. They seem very nice and assist her very well. The food is excellent, which my wife seems to like.

My mom is at Stacie's Chalet. We chose this community because I wanted Mom as close as possible in case of emergency. They have a very clean place. They offer different things at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They give her her medicine if she needs it. So far, I found that the staff is very polite and very professional in their job. I get along with all of them. They go to casino if they want to go, and they play bingo, cards, and piano. They keep an eye on them, making sure that they're OK.
