VIPHealth Services is a clean facility. My mom's happier than she's been in a long time. She shares a room with somebody. She has her own TV. There's a bed and a dresser. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They let us have my mom's birthday there. They provided chairs for us to use and they were very nice.

I like that VIPHealth Services had 24-hour care and they do a lot of stuff for the residents. There are caregivers on site. The staff members are nice people, they're very friendly, and caring. I haven't tried the meals, but I've seen the meals and they do home-cooked meals, and they also do vegan if you're vegan. They have a living room where they can watch TV, and in my mom's room, there's also a TV. And they have a patio and a backyard, so they could go outside during the summertime. They keep them busy and they do things with them.
