Magnolia at Highland is okay, but it has many rules and regulations. When you get old you're tired of rules and regulations. The room is very clean and the people get along well. You do your own cooking because it’s not assisted living. You do your own cleaning unless you have a caregiver. It’s a no smoking facility. You have to go to the sidewalk if you wanted to smoke, which is good. They have potlucks and birthday celebrations every month -- they do a lot of things for the seniors. They have a card club, swimming pool, and a recreation room that we exercise in. They've also got a barbecue grill.
