My mom has been placed into Genesis Senior Living I. It's very clean, helpful, and caring. The staff are very helpful, very assuring and very loving. I have not tried their food, but I've watched my mom eat. She eats every meal every day, and she's very pleased with the food that she's eating. There's a patio but there's no salon or gym. It's a very small home care facility for a maximum of about six residents. There is an outdoor area for activities, and that's probably pretty much about it. For everything they do and what I've seen, and the people they manage, I would rate them a 5. I have not seen anything that's substandard at all. Everything is very, very well done like the caring and the amount of time they spend with each client. They have a good ratio of staff to clients, so every client gets a lot of attention, so that's good. The staff are attentive to the clients and to their needs, they're very patient with them, and they just do a great job. Because it's not a bigger facility, it doesn't have a lot of amenities. However, it is just right, and it's well done. They have an outdoor patio. I think they provide everything that the clients could ever really need. They don't have a lot of things that they can do, but they do games, they have a television, and they have occasional clergy visitors or whatever the needs might be to help people get out just for conversation and talking and things like that. They certainly do everything they can in a home. It's very good value for money. The level of care and the attention to their clients is probably the best part of it. They're always attentive, they always have somebody, and they're more than helpful to make sure all their needs are met. I don't have anything necessarily bad to say about anything. At this point, I haven't found anything that bothers me at all.
