Our Programs That Are Custom Tailored Include: Senior Care Memory Care Assisted Living Hospice Daily Schedule of Activities: The daily schedule of activities for the program is prepared and posted at the facility. Activities are targeted toward the preferences and abilities of the current residents. Caregivers, contractors and volunteers are on site to implement the various activities in the schedule. Residents may enjoy at least three holistic, social, physical or recreational group activities per day, as well as one-on-one activities for those who prefer more individualized interaction. Observation for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning. Notification to residents family, physician and other appropriate person/agency of residents needs. Comfortable and suitable bed and bedroom furniture if the resident does not provide their own. Community-provided furniture includes a bed, nightstand, chair, light and chest of drawers. Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications in accordance with physicians instructions unless prohibited by law or regulations. "Alta Vista has a terrific staff. Each person I seeing during every day greets me by name and checks on how I am doing. If I skip a meal or two, someone stops to remind me that it is time to eat. At times I just need to hang out in my room,, but someone peeks in to be sure that I am 'ok'. Staff is always polite and cheerful, no matter what type of care he or she is giving, it is done with a smile. Yaya, Jasmin, Alex, Maria and Sthalin, all zoom around the kitchen , multi-tasking, smiling politely and being kind to each resident - even some who lack politeness on an 'empty stomach'. (-: Kudo's must also be given to Angelica who does our laundry each week. She takes pride in her work, brings back everything, laundered folded and fresh. Many of us marvel at the way she is able to fold a fitted sheet so perfectly! Angel is careful, quiet and kind. Yolanda and Patty keep this facility spic and span. The entry, the reception area and the living room replete with couch, many chairs with pillows, tables, All the walls are filled with with large pictures that are perfect for dreaming or talking about. Pat and Yolanda work hard every day to make sure halls and common areas are clean as well as doing our rooms and making them shine. As someone once said, 'It's kind of like being on a cruise. You should have time just to sit and relax.' Now I could use a typist and a personal small office manager for a week or two... ("

"My mother has moved into Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. Our experience with it is very positive. My mother's accommodation is clean, it smells nice, and it has a nice view. She really likes the food, too, and she is making friends. There is a lawn bowling area and barbeque outside. They have a dining room that seats 12 that if you want to have family come over. They have a dog that lives on campus, and he is really sweet. It is pretty cool. They're very good. It is a good value. This community is nicer and not as expensive."

"The staff at Villa Monticello Assisted Living is wonderful. It’s a very small community with only 29 residents. The food is good and they are very helpful. The assisted living and memory care unit are all together in one area. They have some little exercises, they were singing yesterday, crossword puzzles and so on. My husband has a lot of freedom there because the residents can be outside. I’m very pleased with the place."

There are seven spacious bedrooms in this large home, which sits on nearly two acres of land that was formally an avocado grove. In addition to our own homemade soups and meals, there are days we will enjoy the simple pleasures of a takeout burger or a complete turkey dinner with all the fixings from a local restaurant. Reading, watching TV or videos, working on puzzles, crafts, and walks around the grounds are always available to each Resident. And, a real highlight is when we all sing together!
