I toured Mountain View Centers on Jan 7th 2015. I was very pleased with their care options. I visited 5 of their 7 care facilities, one in Claremont and 4 other locations in Covina and Diamond Bar. I was very pleased with the care provided to the residents. At one facility i was regaled with an impromptu piano concert. This lovely played Moonlight Sonata for me, it was awesome. The residents were quite chatty and very present. That was a relief as I don't want to see my dad dwindle due to non-engagement. The staff were also very involved. All in all it was a great visit, the facilities looked a lot like my parents place, slightly dated :), but I guess that will bring with it some familiarity and ease the transition. We have decided on the Claremont Facility, it was the most affordable for our needs. Many thanks to the administration and staff.

I visited the facility on a Saturday because thats when my brother could come and the Marketing guy accommodated us. The facility itself was clean and bright and had a courtyard where folks were enjoying being outdoors. The staff were pleasant and gentle handling the seniors in the TV room. I felt my Mom would be treated well there and our family is working through finances so Mom can be placed here

We visited Mountain View for my mom. They also have respite care, but it was $200. My visit was very good. It was very nice. Everybody was really sweet. The facility was nice. I liked it. I saw a lot of people there. However, I think the front area needed a little bit of TLC. It was kind of rundown. Nevertheless, the staff was very nice and very friendly.
