My Mother is very happy living at Genesis Manor and even though she was sad to leave her own home, it didn’t take her very long to consider this her new home! She feels like she has another family and the caregivers call her Mama! We always feel welcomed when we visit, and Mom seems very happy and well adjusted to her new home! She is well taken care of 24/7 which is one reason we placed her at Genesis and with the same caregivers who know Mom’s needs and personality traits! It’s been a great fit for our Mom and she has expressed this was a good move for her and she’s grateful!

Our mom has lived here over 3 years. She has been well cared for and treated like family through her best and worst times. She is not always easy to care for but the staff is attentive, kind and respectful. They coomunicate with us and i feel like we are all part of a team. The house is clean, organized and homey. I did tons of research and happy I chose Genesis!

My dad was loved and taken care of during the worst and most vulnerable time of his life. No matter when I showed up, he was clean, he smelled good and he looked good. At a time when he could be difficult to deal with, his caregivers exhibited kindness, they were flexible, the let him feel like he was the boss. They won him over and made him feel safe. I saw that same pattern and level of care with all the residents. The caregivers kept me aware of his health and any changes, they kept meticulous documentation and always made sure I felt welcome. I feel good knowing my dad received the highest quality of care at the end of his life. I am very grateful to the caregivers of Genesis Manor.

My Mother has been a resident at Genesis Manor V for approximately four months. I am very please with the care she's receiving there. The staff members are extremely nice, professional, and the home is always neat and clean. The owners are hands on and make daily visits to the home to assure that the facility is operating properly. I would recommend Genesis Manor to any looking for a place for their love one.

About Genesis Manor V in Claremont, California
Genesis Manor is a family owned and operated 6 assisted living facility that has been serving the senior community for over a decade. We are proud to say we have cared for over 170 seniors and their families in the 13 years we have been in business.
We offer 24/7 Care and Supervision by experienced caregivers, many of whom have been at the same facility since it opened. This provides stability and establishes a bond between our residents and the men and women who provide eldercare for them on a daily basis. All of our caretakers have been background checked and cleared by the Department of Justice
Genesis has been in business since 1996. The owner is a registered nurse as well as her three children who work along side her. Doctors, psychiatrist, podiatrist home health and hospice visit all Genesis homes on a regular basis. Hairdressers too. We do not have studio apartments. We can assist clients with veterans benefits and we are also on the medi cal assisted living waiver program.
