Staff is phenomenal and always ready to oblige. Food is consistently good and getting 3 meals a day is a plus! Despite a studio, I am comfortable and it is very well kept.

Everything is wonderful!!! I couldn’t ask for a better place for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is tasty, the grounds lovely, rooms comfortable, plenty of activities, and all around a top notch facility!

Upon recently leaving Glenbrook after a 3 week stay in their skilled nursing facility, I reflected on the incredible service, love and care that was given to me. Not only were my physical needs met, but my emotional and spiritual needs were satisfied in a gentle, professional, and thoughtful way. This has been the most outstanding treatment I have ever received in a care facility.

My Mom has been at Glenbrook since June 9. The staff is amazing, the food is great, and she is enjoying her time. The PT/OT staff is outstanding and the nurses are extremely attentive. She has stayed at another facility and had a horrible experience. She was very nervous about going to Glenbrook, but immediately we knew she was at the right place!!! A SINCERE THANK YOU???

Number 1. Efrain was the BEST. He was the first person I met and he did EVERYTHING I expected. The nursing staff was caring, considerate, and VERY GOOD to my husband who stayed here for 2-3 weeks! The gentleman who took care of us in the dining was ALWAYS nearby and did everything we needed! Corey and Ms. Neuman was AMAZING in therapy! When we requested a room change they were kind enough to change it for us! Overall we were very happy here!i recommend this place HIGHLY!

Staff is attentive, professional and caring Food is very nice and tasty Activities are plentiful and varied Comments from several staff members said it was the best facility they have worked at. Very clean. My Mother was there for many weeks. Cannot say enough about what a great facility GlenBrook is!

We are so thankful to have our elder at Glenbrook. The staff are so friendly, patient and kind. They went above and beyond during the pandemic to keep their residents active. If they could improve one thing I wish they could have a web portal to improve communication between doctors, care givers, residents and family.

I suggest a facility motto: "A hospice facility ahead of its time." Very few proactive workers. Nurses are good to very good. Nurse assistants are poor to very poor. Rooms are very good Food is poor to very poor Activities are marginal. The people who work there are not proactively leading the patients to the activities. Its more like if you are in bed they will leave you in bed and not push the patients to participate. I would say the philosophy for dealing with patients is more DIY than guidance. The problem with the facility is poor leadership. This place needs a change in leaders

GlenBrook was a nice place, but the staff was mediocre and not helpful at all. The rooms were OK but nothing really special. They didn’t have a washer and dryer hooked up. I feel that they need to update the place.

I was in the skilled nursing facility of Glenbrook. I was there for 12 days. The staff that I had was very pleasant. The facility provided excellent physical therapy. The rooms were large and certainly comfortable enough for two people. The nursing staff was friendly. You can choose to eat in the dining room or in your own room, and the food was delicious. My experience with them was good. It was a very pleasant place to be. They had something going on every hour, and they had music and movie hours. The dining room was very pleasant. It has linen tablecloths and napkins, and they had excellent servers.
