We are so thankful to have our elder at Glenbrook. The staff are so friendly, patient and kind. They went above and beyond during the pandemic to keep their residents active. If they could improve one thing I wish they could have a web portal to improve communication between doctors, care givers, residents and family.

Everything in Assisted Living has been Awesome, from the accommodations, cleaning services, and assistance to and from dining room is great. We are so grateful for the staff and all of the benefits of living at GlenBrook Health. I am very impressed by the admissions staff and reception. Everyone is very upbeat and in a positive mood. They answer all of our questions and are so pleasant.

This is to express our thanks for the extraordinary care GlenBrook Skilled Nursing extended to my wife. She presented a significant challenge to the therapists and nurses due to her recent surgeries for hip replacement and relief of spinal cord compression. Physical therapy was challenging due to nerve damage affecting her legs. GlenBrook staff nevertheless rose to the occasion, enabling my wife to meet the threshold conditions for discharge to in-home therapy. Every aspect of the GlenBrook system operated smoothly and professionally. We were particularly impressed with the coordination by GlenBrook among Georgia's medical providers outside the facility. We didn't know this was going on until after the fact. We want to extend a special thanks to every physical therapist and nurse (including but not limited to Tiffany, "tall" Jamie, Harley, Sheila, the list goes on) who attended to my wife. To a person, they were professional, cheerful and helpful. We believe their attitudes and encouragement contributed to how far she's come since arriving post-surgery at GlenBrook from Scripps Memorial Hospital. We understand that recovery from nerve damage is slow and that we still have a long road to travel. But we feel we are now launched, and we owe this to the friendly people of GlenBrook. Thanks to everyone who spent time with my wife.

My dad needed rehab after falling for the 3rd time at home. The therapists were attentive and challenged him to do more than he thought. If it wasn’t for them he’s probably still be using a walker. He graduated to a cane. The nurses were incredibly patient with him, he is stubborn and thinks he can do everything himself. The aides were also so patient and kind. I’d recommend this facility, if they can handle my dad successfully, they can handle anyone. The food was better here than the hospital and offered a variety.

I suggest a facility motto: "A hospice facility ahead of its time." Very few proactive workers. Nurses are good to very good. Nurse assistants are poor to very poor. Rooms are very good Food is poor to very poor Activities are marginal. The people who work there are not proactively leading the patients to the activities. Its more like if you are in bed they will leave you in bed and not push the patients to participate. I would say the philosophy for dealing with patients is more DIY than guidance. The problem with the facility is poor leadership. This place needs a change in leaders

GlenBrook was a nice place, but the staff was mediocre and not helpful at all. The rooms were OK but nothing really special. They didn’t have a washer and dryer hooked up. I feel that they need to update the place.

I was in the skilled nursing facility of Glenbrook. I was there for 12 days. The staff that I had was very pleasant. The facility provided excellent physical therapy. The rooms were large and certainly comfortable enough for two people. The nursing staff was friendly. You can choose to eat in the dining room or in your own room, and the food was delicious. My experience with them was good. It was a very pleasant place to be. They had something going on every hour, and they had music and movie hours. The dining room was very pleasant. It has linen tablecloths and napkins, and they had excellent servers.

I had a very positive experience at Glen View. My patient as a caregiver had just required a short stay at another assisted living facility (can't remember the name) and we had a terrible experience there. Right off of the bat, I noticed that Glen View was very clean and tidy. There were residents out and about, whether it was walking with an aide or going to some planned activity. Both the staff and residents greeted me with eye contact and smiles. When I got lost going to the cafeteria, a staff member personally escorted me there, even though he was going in the opposite direction. The cafeteria was very spacious and clean and promoted socialization. The previously mentioned activities also promoted socialization. There were a few different activities going on at once to please as many as possible. They also had a hair/beauty salon, which was very nice, considering some of the residents didn't drive. Overall, I felt like Glen View was a great place and as I mentioned before, it's evident in the faces of both the residents and staff.
